Mountain Plus is a Swiss based chalet rental management company with a focus on a personalised guest experience. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge of the resorts in which we operate, and help organise as much or as little as our guests would like starting with the ideal rental property, then organising anything from lift passes and ski lessons to babysitting or a pre-arrival grocery shopping service. Whilst the majority of our business is during the winter season, we are seeking to increase summer rentals to make the most of the hiking, biking and other activities on offer in the Alps.
We currently operate over 20 properties in Morgins & Chatel in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski region. We are actively looking to grow our network and are always looking for properties to add to our offering. By joining us you will be part of an independently managed organisation with a love of the mountains and what we do – we believe that it is our long-term relationship building approach that provides owners and guests alike with an easy and enjoyable experience.
We promote properties online through our website www.mountain-plus.com, 3rd party vacation rental websites such as HomeAway and booking.com, as well as social media and email marketing. We also actively promote our website through sponsorship of local events and partnerships with local businesses such as ski schools, activity providers and tourist offices in our area of operations. Our customer base is 30% UK, 30% Benelux, 30% Swiss, and 10% from other regions.

We will work with you to suit your preference – we can look after everything from booking, welcoming, linen and cleaning, or you can let us know how you choose to manage various aspects of the rental.
We can also manage many other aspects of your property upkeep and maintenance – we can work with your existing partners or help find local businesses to organise whatever needs to be done.
We are always happy to help prepare the property before your arrival, or carry out minor maintenance work if required.
Our aim is to ensure that our guests are able to relax from the first minute of their holiday to the last by taking care of the small details and holiday planning before they arrive. This includes the organisation of various aspects of the holidays such as pre-ordering lift passes, discounted sports equipment hire, restaurant recommendations and booking, and local area activity advice and booking.
We will agree rental prices with the property owners for high and low season, winter and summer, and work on a commission basis for confirmed bookings.
If there are no bookings through Mountain Plus, there are no listing costs or any other charges to the property owner.
Rental revenue is paid to property owners on a quarterly basis, in January, April, July, and October.
We work with local partners to provide cleaning and laundry services, and will arrange a fixed cleaning fee per property to ensure there are no surprises. Any unusual or excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
We can discuss in detail needs specific to the property, such as provision of linen and towels, and ensure any such needs are included in the fixed cleaning cost.
We are happy to discuss any property management needs you may have, such as snow clearing, lawn mowing or other maintenance on a case-by-case basis. We organise such services with trusted local partners so you have nothing to worry about.
