Our standard rental terms

  • Commission: 20% on stays of 30 days or less
  • Long stays: 15% commission on stays over 30 days
  • No booking, no listing fee
  • Cleaning and laundry: charged separately where applicable
  • Owner payments: made quarterly
  • Third-party platforms: prices may be adjusted to cover platform commissions, so the agreed owner revenue is protected
