Le Charme 1 is a modern, spacious and well-equipped three-bedroom apartment ideally located in the centre of Morgins, just a five-minute flat walk from the telecabine. The easy access to the slopes — with no steep climbs — makes it perfect for families with children carrying skis. In good snow conditions, you can even ski back most of the way.
This cosy apartment is on the ground floor of a small, well-maintained residence and offers generous living space. One of its standout features is the exceptionally large wrap-around terrace and garden area, which enjoys sun throughout the day in the summer. In winter it’s perfect for playing in the snow, while in summer it becomes a fantastic outdoor living space with barbecue, dining furniture, a hammock and a ping-pong table.
Inside, the apartment offers a comfortable and stylish interior with a high standard of equipment. The bright living room with its stone fireplace creates a cosy alpine atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso-style coffee machine, cookware and everything needed for easy self-catering.
The apartment has three bedrooms:
one double bedroom
one twin bedroom
one family bunk room
The bunk room includes a bunk bed, pull-out bed and sofa bed, making it particularly suitable for children. The apartment is listed for six guests but can accommodate up to eight when travelling with children (for example four adults and four children). It is best suited to families or guests looking for a peaceful mountain stay.
There are two bathrooms (one with bath/shower and one with shower). Practical features make it especially convenient for ski holidays. Guests have access to two ski lockers in a ski-boot room, two private indoor parking spaces and a communal washer/dryer.
Located in the charming alpine village of Morgins in the Portes du Soleil ski area, the apartment is an excellent base for both winter sports and summer activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and tennis. Morgins is within easy driving distance from Lake Geneva and towns such as Montreux, Vevey and Lausanne. It can also be accessed by public transport, including from Geneva airport.
