Work has been completed on the latest new lifts in the Portes du Soleil. In Les Crosets there is a high speed 6 seat lift costing CHF13m replacing the old and very slow Grand-Conche chair and drag lift increasing capacity from 1,900 skiers per hour to 3,000.And in Chatel,on the French side,a new 6 seater lift replaces the old two persons chair in Plaine Dranse that more than doubles capacity from 1200 skiers to 3000 per hour, travelling at 5m/s compared to 2.3m/s
